CPO Certified spa care
Our team holds CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Operator) certification. That training covers water chemistry, sanitation, and safe operation, so when we start up a new spa or swim spa we balance and sanitize the water correctly from day one, and we can show you how to keep it clean, clear, and safe with routine maintenance.
Crystal Cove Spas distributor
Service Right is a distributor of Crystal Cove Spas. That means we can help you choose a spa or swim spa from their lineup and handle getting it to your property. We don’t claim exclusive territory badges or “preferred” titles—just a straightforward distributor relationship and local install help.
Delivery, set & install
Once you’ve picked a unit (or we’re helping you decide), we plan access, equipment needs, and placement. Typical work includes getting the spa or swim spa onto the site, setting it level on the prepared surface, and walking through basic startup. Exact scope depends on model, site access, and whether electrical or other trades are involved.
Site prep (practical notes)
- Pad / base: Most spas need a level, load-bearing pad (concrete or other approved surface sized for the unit). We’ll confirm dimensions for your model.
- Access: Gate width, side-yard clearance, and slope matter for delivery equipment. Photos of the path help us quote accurately.
- Clearances: Leave room for service panels, covers, and safe entry/exit—especially for swim spas.
- Water fill: Plan for fill time and hose access the day of set.
Electrical (licensed partners)
Spa and swim spa hookups often need a dedicated circuit, GFCI protection, and a disconnect that meet code. Service Right does not perform the electrical work in-house—we contract it out to licensed electricians and schedule their work so the hookup lines up with delivery and set. You’ll know up front when an electrician is part of the plan.
